In todays EUREF Campus and former GASAG site with the Gasometer as a visible industrial monument, the historical Retortenhaus has already been renovated and converted into an office building. Office building 12/13 has been already constructed as well, and serves as a reference building with respect to configuration and quality for the adjacent house 10/11.
