Construction of a new 7 floor apartment house (GFA: approx. 5,400 m²) with 57 residential units and a shop unit, as well as 35 underground parking spaces with power supply for e-cars meeting energy efficiency requirements according to KfW-55. Heat is supplied via the Vattenfall district heating network and a solar hot water support unit with tube collectors. The construction costs for the technical building equipment amounted to € 1.35 million net.
