EUREF Campus Berlin - GASAG company Headquarter

The EUREF campus in Berlin, Schöneberg already today is a smart city of tomorrow and achieves the German government's 2050 CO2 targets already since 2014.
BLS Energieplan was contracted by EUREF AG to plan technical infrastructure of buildings alongside the development of the overall energy concept.
At EUREF campis, the use of energy is optimized through smart metering, efficient heating and cooling via active concrete core activation, allowing for a CO2-neutral operation of the building through sustainable use of resources. By means of intelligent control and state-of-the-art technology, the design is inherently resilient against climatic changes. The ecologic standard is underlined by the KfW 55 certification.
The building, which will serve as the new GASAG headquarter, is 8 floors high and has a two-story underground car parking lot.
